There is a problem with a computer or projector in a classroom in Science Hall. What do I do?

What to do if a computer or A/V equipment is not working in a classroom

GNP IT supported rooms

  • The best support is to be proactive. We encourage you to test the equipment before your first lecture, and make sure you know how to use the equipment in the room.
  • If you experience a problem during class, please don't leave it for the next person. Contact the GNP IT Help Desk via email (gnp-helpdesk@wisc.edu), or fill out a help desk ticket (opens in new window).
  • If you need immediate assistance, we encourage you to report it directly to a member of the GNP IT team (SH M376 inside the Geography Computer Lab, SH M380, or SH M379). You can also call the GNP IT Help Desk at 608-262-8111.
