Reminder to encourage participation in Nelson Earth Day activities.

Dear Nelson Institute Community,

Just a friendly reminder to encourage you to promote our upcoming Earth Day 2023: Species on the Move event to your students.

Earth Day 2023: Species on the Move is a two-day community learning event, happening on April 18 & 19, with both in-person and virtual opportunities to learn and connect.

The event will kick off on Tuesday, April 18, with an afternoon of in-person learning and networking at the Discovery Building. From 1:30 - 2:30 p.m., we'll have several environmental organizations exhibiting that students may want to connect with about summer opportunities.

Then on Wednesday, April 19, zoom in for a morning of virtual breakouts and the closing plenary session.

It is completely FREE to participate, and students can come and go as their schedules allow.

Check out the Schedule at Glance & Register here: earthday.nelson.wisc.edu

Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks, in advance!

Best regards,
