Now Available: Set and Share Personal Pronouns in Google Workspace

UW-Madison Google Workspace accounts can now set and share their personal pronoun.
The new Google Workspace account setting allows users to display their pronouns in various Google applications such as Drive, Docs, Chat, and Google Meet. Pronouns will appear when someone views your contact info or hovers over your profile picture.
Please note: This is an optional setting that you may choose to use. By default, no pronouns will be set for your account. Additionally, updating your pronouns in Google will not affect how your pronouns appear in other University systems such as Preferred Name, Webex, Zoom, Canvas, and more.
