Below is the list of issues we are working on following the upgrade on Sunday, March 23.

Outstanding Issues

  1. CSS does not publish to production sites: CSS files are not being sent to the production server upon publish. We are investigating the issue with the vendor. Until resolved, no CSS updates can be published.
  2. Unable to edit forms: This issue was marked as resolved, but we found that forms cannot be saved. We will be working on this and update once resolved.

Resolved Issues

  1. Accordion Panels do not display in the CMS: This issue has been resolved.
  2. Unable to add users to the CMS or projects: This has been resolved as of Friday, March 28.
  3. Menu labels are incorrect: Menu labels showed up as stf_menulabel. For example, stf_description instead of Description. This was due to the upgrade changing default languages to all users to Chinese. This has been fixed.
  4. Event times are defaulting to the last publishing time Events are using the time the page was last published for their time, rather than the time inputed by the editor. Update: We believe this is resolved. An update on Tuesday, April 1 to user settings seems to have resolved the issue. Please report any recurrences of this issue to the CMS team.
  5. CMS is slower than normal: The system has been performing at standard speed for about one week. We consider this to be resolved.
  6. Plug-ins do not work: Plug-ins like Taxonomy Manager, File Renamer, and Job Report Manager were not working. This should be resolved please let us know if you have any plug-ins that are not working correctly for you.

Changes to the CMS in version 11

  • Release no longer an option: The Release option when you are ready to publish your page is no longer available UNLESS your project has a multiple step publishing process. Users that used to use Release should now use Submit to Workflow to make the page available for publishing. See [Link for document 15015 is unavailable at this time].
