Unizin will perform a mandatory upgrade to its network architecture on Wednesday, 04/02/2025, from 9 PM-10:30 PM CT.
Impact:
During this time, the affected services below may be temporarily unavailable or may return an error. However, the upgrades are expected to require only a few minutes of downtime.
This scheduled maintenance affects: Engage, Order Tool, UDP - Caliper Ingestion, UDP - Batch ETL, Search, IDP, MyLA, and the RedShelf Reader.
Note: This includes Unizin Engage LTI launches from Canvas and access to any RedShelf ebooks.
