Top Hat - Gradebook not loading (Resolved)

We are currently investigating an issue with the Gradebook where grades are failing to update. The problem began around 9:30 AM ET this morning.
Impact to Users
grades are failing to load in the Top Hat gradebook
Workarounds
There are no known workarounds at this time.
Estimated time to resolution or next update
Work is still underway to process the queue of grades (inclusive of classic questions and attendance grades) that were impacted. We are already 50% complete and expect queued grades to be fully processed by close of business today. New Builder Questions (or Advanced Questions) have already been appropriately processed.
