Kaltura - Adding New YouTube Entries Fails [RESOLVED]

Attempts to add new YouTube entries within Kaltura stall out.
Outage Description
After hitting the Preview button during the YouTube entry creation process, the blue progress bar loads to 95% and never completes.
Impact to Users
YouTube entries can not be created in Kaltura

There are no known workarounds at this time.
