Overview: DCS receives many address correction requests through the U.S. Mail. This includes from the post office’s failed attempts to deliver DCS marketing materials from learners that moved, businesses informing us of staff departures, and homeowners letting us know the property was sold and our learner is no longer at that address. This information is collected so that updates can be made in CSIS by the support team and student hourlies. This process reduces waste in our marketing efforts.
