Troubleshoot Learner Stuck in L3 Process

L3 NetID process is normally completed in less than 30 minutes. However, during peak processing times, which happens 2-3 times per year (beginning of fall, spring and summer semesters), the server can get backed up and the “Get Started” emails may be delayed up to 24 hours.
