Special Handling for Custom Professional Development Trainings Instructions

Overview:

This document is intended to address the different steps that need to be handled for the proper setup, delivery and financial processing of custom professional development trainings.  These steps do not normally apply to the traditional open enrollment continuing education courses (i.e. those on the Continuing Studies website).  

Responsible Party: Learning Experience Coordinator

Scope: This workflow will be used for private and/or custom professional development trainings for all customer types (including UW-Madison departments, state agencies, private business and nonprofit organizations).
