Office 365 (Outlook for Windows/Mac) - Error - Sorry! There was a problem, please try again.
When you attempt to submit a message as spam/phish, you receive the following error: Sorry! There was a problem, please try again..
This error may occur if you are running the wrong version of Office/Outlook:
- Outlook version: Professional Plus or Volume License - see which version you are running.
Solution/Workaround
- Possible solution:
- If you are not running the correct version of Office/Outlook (Microsoft 365):
- Uninstall current version of Office.
- Install Office 365.
- Configure Outlook for Windows | Mac with new profile.
- Make sure you are authenticated into Office/Outlook correctly.
- If you are not running the correct version of Office/Outlook (Microsoft 365):
- Workaround: follow steps outlined in Office 365 - Submit a message as spam/phishing.
