Office 365 (Outlook 2013) - Disabling Spam Filter
Note: When setting up Outlook 2013 in a brand new install the spam filter will be turned off. However, the instructions below applies to those who configured their client-side spam filters prior to transitioning to Office 365. This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to disable your spam filtering in Outlook 2013.
Select the Home tab.
In the Delete section of the task bar, click on the Junk drop-down menu, then select Junk E-mail Options... .
Under the Options tab, select No Automatic Filtering.
Click Apply, then OK.
Your spam filter is now disabled.
