Office 365 (Outlook 2013) - Creating a private event
Create a New Appointment in the Outook 2013 Calendar.
In the appointment details, include all of the information you would like to see. Click Private near the upper-right corner.
Save & Close the appointment. Remember, for others with permission to view your calendar, only the date and time of a private event will be visible.
