Help Desk - Deactivation Notifications for Office 365, Google, Zoom, Box, and Qualtrics

Effective January 2018, individuals who are no longer eligible for the following UW-Madison IT services may begin to see application and email deactivation notifications:

Affected services
  • Office 365
  • Google
  • Zoom
  • Box
  • Qualtrics

Note: Service-based deactivation will not impact the NetID Login Service.

 Deactivation notifications

Affected individuals who log into the Wisc Account Administration site, Office 365 Web App, and MyUW Portal will begin to see banners appear to inform them they are no longer eligible for the services listed above.

Deactivation email notifications

In addition to seeing alert notifications, affected individuals will receive an email notification for each service they will lose access to (ex: Office 365, Google, Zoom, Box, Qualtrics).
