Only authorized requesters are able to submit HRS access requests. Use the link below to find an authorized requester for each UW-Madison division.
Note: not everyone on this list is authorized to approve requests after they are submitted. Refer to HRS Access Guide - Approving Requests - Divisions and OHR for a list of authorized approvers.
