On Friday, April 05th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

General Incident Updates
- Setup Email monitor for NetID Deactivations
- Updated the Service Centers email template
- Expanded length of Support Contract field
- Improvements to the Repair Specifics, if repair coverage is set to department, then display repair bill rate, approved price ceiling
- Consolidated UW Digital ID Categories
- Updated grid colors, made the orange darker for needs attention
- Updated support contract names

- Changed Network Sysnet workflow to assign as Change Manager SNCC-Systnet
- Change Normal-DC workflow to assign as Change Manager Change Manager
