On Friday, December 16th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

Focus of this sprint was to rebuild task workflow and additional modifications, updates highlighted below:
General Incident Updates
- Web Client on Mac
- Updated Follow Up email from Service Center
- Updated Resolved email for UWSC
- Updated HRS Journal Notifications
- Updated DS Decommission Process
- Fix Owned by Team notification
- Updated Created by default team field
- Updated First Touched By process
- Improved data collection around first reassignment/resolution timestamp
- Added Help Desk contract to Incident
