Enterprise Basic GCP Support
All GCP users have Google's Basic Cloud Support included with their subscription. To open a support request, log into the here. There are no additional charges associated with Basic support; Basic support is included with every campus GCP Project.
Paid Google GCP Support
Customers who want to upgrade their subscription to include a paid support offering can do so via the GCP console. Additional details on Google's GCP support offering can be found on the Google Support Hub. It is recommended that customers running production workloads in GCP upgrade to a paid support option if the Basic support offering does not meet their needs.

Customers can check the status of Google Cloud services using Google's Cloud Status Dashboard.
