For students in the CoE: Each College of Engineering program has an advising center dedicated to serving their students. Program advisers can help students with questions about course access, navigating degree requirements, resolving academic issues and more. Students can find their adviser on the homepage of their student center. If you have an immediate concern, please email your adviser, stop in to your advising center or call 608-262-2473.

Student Academic Affairs Office for College of Engineering. Individual appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes & located in the EGR Office, 1st floor of Engineering.
Description of office:
Has 13 majors dealing with different engineering disciplines.
Our office is your advising and academic affairs center. You will be assigned to an EGR advisor who will help you:
• adapt to college life and studies
• explore your interests and goals
• investigate majors/careers in and outside of engineering
• select classes, including introduction-to-engineering courses
• work toward meeting departmental admission requirements
• participate in engineering activities and organizations
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with this office and to visit with your academic adviser on a regular basis.
