Cisco Webex is an enterprise solution for video conferencing, online meetings, screen sharing and webinars. The following document describes the accessibility and usability barriers of the tool as well as ways to get assistance.

Webex does not provide enough audio feedback for users with visual disabilities to properly navigate the tool. Students, faculty, and staff who are blind or have low vision may not be able to use Webex. Users with motor disabilities that navigate via keyboard, may not be able to navigate the web conferencing session enough to participate fully.
The Webex functionality features keyboard shortcuts but is not able to be navigated via keyboard using the Tab key as users are accustomed to.
There are some functionality in Webex that does not have sufficient audio feedback to allow the user who is navigating via screen reader to understand button labels or operations.
