How to use Canvas to schedule office hours.
First, log into Canvas and click on the Calendar link on the left, then click on the plus sign to create a new event:
Click on the "Appointment Group" tab to create a new appointment group.
Set up the options in the appointment as you need them to be - date, time, class, appointment duration and any other information you want to include in the details section:
Click the GO button to split the time window into designated meeting time slots. That section will expand to look like this:
When you're done with the setup, click "Publish" to publish the events to the class calendar.
