InfoLabs - How to remotely connect to InfoLab computers

The Remote InfoLab Service provides 24-hour access from any location to software provided on UW-Madison InfoLab computers. All Remote InfoLab computers are running Windows 10. Remote access to software on Mac workstations is not currently available.

To connect to the Remote InfoLab Service, you will first need to identify whether you will be connecting from a Mac or PC and then follow the appropriate directions below to initiate the connection. You will be connecting to a computer running Windows 10 which has standard university licensed software installed.  Additional information about the UW-Madison InfoLabs program is available on the InfoLabs Service page.

*Please remember to save any files that are created during your session to a cloud storage solution (Google Drive, OneDrive, Box; etc.) or email the files to yourself when you are done. All files stored on this system will be deleted when the remote connection is terminated.*
