General Student Services Fund Prior Period Time Sheet

The Prior Period Time Sheet is used when an employee needs to log hours worked after a new pay-period has begun.

 
Prior period time sheets result in an automatic wage violation. 
Authorized Signers should reach out to employees who have not logged hours for the current pay period prior to approving to ensure that they are aware they have not logged hours.

This form can be submitted to the SSFC Chair or ASM Financial Staff.
