How to Change the Format of Captions in a Cisco Webex Meeting

You can change the font size and background color of captions to make them easier to read. If the captions are covering up content that's being shared, you can move the caption bar out of the way.

Edit Captions

Select More options in the caption bar and do one of the following:

  • Select Font size and drag the slider to make the font bigger or smaller.
  • Select Use light background or Use dark background.

Drag the caption bar to move it.

To move the caption bar back to its default position, select More options in the caption bar and select Back to default position.
