How to Search the KB

Search for Documents

Enter text in the Search the KB box, and click Search.  You can filter the results by choosing a category from the drop-down menu.

To view all the documents, choose IT from the drop-down menu.

Clear Search Criteria

To clear the search criteria, select and delete the criteria and click Search again.
