United Way 2-1-1 is a 24-hour, 365-day a year, free and confidential telephone information and referral service for people in Dane County who are in need of help or who want to give help. More than 2,400 social service agencies, food pantries, and other organizations are a part of 2-1-1's database.

Getting Help: Call 2-1-1 for information on: alcohol and other drug abuse, child abuse and neglect, crisis intervention, disability, domestic violence, elder care, employment and education, financial and legal issues, food, health care, mental health, parenting and child care, shelter, and much more.
