A community known for its cultural inclusion diversity and picturesque location, University Student Apartments offers a wide range of services, including centralized apartment leasing and check-in, programs for all ages, and on-site child care. Eagle Heights is a community of apartment buildings with 83 acres of green space surrounded by woods, located right on Lake Mendota on the northwest edge of UW-Madison’s campus. There are many playground and picnic areas, a community center, and a community garden. 

Eagle Heights serves students with families, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, academic staff, and UW-Madison faculty.

Eligible applicants include
-Graduate/Undergraduate students with/without children and families
-Academic staff, post docs, faculty with/without children and families

Leases can begin at any point during the year, but all leases end on June 30. Leases may be renewed for a 12 month period based on continued eligibility.
