Requesting Keys
Online
Go to the Physical Plant website and click on the "Customer Service" tab. Under "Useful Links and Documents" click on "Request Keys", log in with your Net-ID, and fill out the form.

In Person
Go to the Physical Plant on campus and ask to request a key at the service window.

Delivery of Keys
Keys ordered through the Physical Plant Portal - Key Request Form can be delivered via Campus Mail or can be picked up at the Locksmith Service Window. Keys not ordered through the Physical Plant Portal Key Request Forms need to be picked up at the Locksmith Service Window. UW Photo ID will be required for identification

Lost Keys
Please report all lost keys immediately to your Department Administrator for evaluation of potential security breach.
