This document explains how to request the discontinuation of your fax number in CloudFax.
If you or your organization no longer need your fax number in CloudFax, please contact the DoIT Help Desk and request that your fax number is discontinued.
You will need to provide the following information to the Help Desk in order to proceed with the discontinuation of your fax number:
- Fax number to be discontinued
- Email address of account used to send/receive for your fax number
- Name and NetID of current owner/user of fax number
- Name and email address of supervisor/leadership to approve discontinuation of fax number
