SAS Installation Guide for Windows

This document describes the process for installing SAS and SAS Enterprise Guide on a Windows machine.

Before You Get Started

You must have administrative / install privileges on your computer before installing SAS. Coordinate with your local IT help desk if you do not have these privileges.

You must also have the 64-bit version of the Oracle client installed on your machine. If you do not have the client installed on your machine, follow the instructions located here: Downloading and Installing Oracle Client. If you are unsure if you have the correct version installed, follow the instructions located here: Testing an Oracle Database Connection to InfoAccess.
