Chair Sandgren called the meeting to order at 10:00.

The University Committee reviewed the standard promotional increases for 2022-23.

Sandgren moved to convene in closed session; it was seconded and approved at 10:06. One dual-role waiver was approved.

Sandgren moved to reconvene in open session; it was seconded and approved at 10:13.

Chair Sandgren adjourned the meeting at 10:14.
