This document summarizes the accessibility and usability barriers identified during testing as well as how to get help.
Automatic Sync Technologies (AST) provides CaptionSync, a service which provides captioning, transcription, audio description, and caption translations.

The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist.
Required form fields have no screen reader indication of its label.
Tooltip content is not reachable via screen readers.
Modal window content is not reachable until navigating all page content.
Missing “Skip to Main Content” link.
Tooltip content, such as clarifying how to complete the field, is not reachable via keyboard.
Multiple elements of the sign-up form have low color contrast, including light blue or red text on gray background color scheme. Log-in page have low color contrast on light grey text with white background.
The 125% magnification did not reflow the page content, so users have to scroll horizontally.
