how to move to current monitor windows

click the program on task bar

without moving the mouse :

press alt-space bar (this brings up the windows window options even though you can't see the window)
on the keyboard press the down arrow twice
press enter

you can now use the arrow keys, or mouse to move the offscreen window around until it is on the current monitor.
