Missing Folders within the Programs folder

In the rare occasion in that some folders within your Start>Programs folder are missing, you may use this method to refresh and restore them.

  1. If any of the programs are missing from Start>Programs>Course Software, open the start menu, and search for Application Virtualization Client.

  2. Right click on Applications, and select Refresh. The folders should be reloaded into the proper directories.

Alternatively, you can refresh the Application Virtualization Client via the hidden icon located on the right side of the taskbar.

If still missing the folders:
  1. If refreshing from the toolbar doesn't work, there is a "super refresh." To activate this, go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Application Virtualization Client and launch SftCMC.msc
  2. Under Publishing Servers, you'll see a server named "CAE Application Virtualization Software" listed. Right click on the server name and choose "Refresh Server". It will process for a minute or so and once its done, uvision will show up. Your Course Software and any missing pieces of software should be back up.
