UW-Madison Google Workspace - Jamboard App
Jamboard is a digital whiteboard that lets you collaborate in real-time using the web browser or mobile app. Below are instructions on how to opt-in your UW-Madison Google account to gain access to the Jamboard app.
Note: The Jamboard device (a 55-inch digital whiteboard that works with G Suite services) is not supported.

Opt-in your UW-Madison Google account to access the Jamboard app

Log in to your UW-Madison Google account.

Click on google-jamboard-optin .
- Click on the Join group button next to the name of the Google Group.

Complete your membership by selecting the Join group button.
- Done.
Access the Jamboard app
Go to https://jamboard.google.com/.
If prompted, enter your netid@wisc.edu email address and select Next.
- Enter your NetID credentials.
Done.
Opt-out your UW-Madison Google account from the Jamboard app

Click on google-jamboard-optin .

On the left-hand menu, click on My membership settings.

Click on the Leave group button next to the name of the Google Group.

Confirm your choice by clicking on the Yes, leave group option.
