This document offers you a quick overview of what Shared Tools does and includes contact info.
DoIT technologists and others use common, shared tools to support their work and communications. The table below lists the shared tools available along with links to more information. A longer description of the tools can be found on the DoITnet Shared Tools page. DoIT staff are encouraged to use these tools, rather than competing products, to enable seamless communication and collaboration.
The tools are overseen by the DoIT Shared Tools Team. This team meets regularly to ensure that the selection, implementation, operation, and administration of the Shared Tools go smoothly. DoIT Shared Tools is now collaborating with the Help Desk. Requests will initially be processed by the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and escalated to the Shared Tools team.
