Cisco VoIP - Resetting Webex

This procedure takes you through resetting your Webex client. This can be done when you are having difficulty with Webex when it has been working properly before.

Windows

  1. Select your picture or initials in the top left corner of the Webex App
  2. Navigate to Help | Health Checker
  3. Select Reset at the bottom of the page
  4. Sign back in using your primary email address

MacOS

  1. Click on your Webex App and select Help | Health Checker in the menu bar
  2. Choose Reset at the bottom of the page
  3. Sign back in using your primary email address
