The main purpose of this work is to show the importance of using process cards and Bloom’s Taxonomy which allows for raising the efficiency of online courses. It analyses existing online courses and the demand for such courses in their dynamics. Application of process cards and Bloom’s Taxonomy will encourage good design practice in projecting and implementing online courses thus improving the educational results retention rate.
