A form to gather peer feedback

Once you have designed and developed your blended course, the next steps are delivery and evaluation.  Peer review is often used to ensure useful feedback is gathered to support iterative design processes.  This form, developed by the University of Central Florida, has been developed to guide that feedback process.  It is broken up into four parts:

  3. Learning Activities / Content
  4. Learning Assessments
