  • WK (workstation)
  • NB (notebook/laptop)
  • VH (virtual host)
  • SV (server)
  • PR (printer)
• BBBBB (Asset Number): use leading zeros if necessary, must be five digits long
• C (Operating System):
  • M (MacOS)
  • W (Windows)
  • L (Linux)
  • Note: printers have no operating system suffix
