WiscWeb CMS - Content Blocks - Using an Internal Pages List
The Internal Pages List allows you to provide a list of links to pages that are within your site, in one of two ways. First, you can manually select which pages get listed. Alternatively, you can use CMS keywords that an Administrator creates, assigning them both to the list and to pages that you want in the list; the list will then pull in the title of each page as a link.
Here is an example of an Internal Pages List:

Using an Internal Pages List
Click the Edit Block red dot.
Click the Add/Remove/Sort Items red dot to add a page to the list.
A new window appears that allows you to add items to the list, among other things.
Click the link to Connect Existing Page
A search box appears, allowing you to input some search parameters. The most successful searches usually involve the Headline field and/or the "more search criteria" at the bottom of the page.
Type in the Headline of the page that you would like to search for, and click Start in the lower-right corner.
The following page shows the search results.
Click on the title of the page that you want to add as a link to the list. Note: Remember that the Content Class should be some sort of Foundation page.
The link should then be added to the list.
Adding keyword-related pages to the list
In addition to manually adding pages to the list, you can have the CMS pull in links to pages that are tagged with a certain keyword. To do so, you apply the keyword to the list itself as well, so that the pages and the list are assigned the same keyword(s).
Click the Edit Block red dot.
Click the Add/Sort/Remove Items red dot.
A new window appears that allows you to associate keywords with the list, among other things.
Click the link to Edit Keyword Assignment.
The following screen allows you to add keywords to this list, so that pages with the same keyword are pulled in as links. (Recall that CMS keywords can be added to pages via the "Page Info" menu at the top of any page.)
Click the Add button in the upper-right of the window to add a new keyword to the list.
The following screen shows the existing categories and keywords.
Choose a category and keyword to associate with the list and click OK in the lower-right corner. You can add more categories/keywords to the list by using the same procedure over again.
The keyword is then added to the list.
Click OK in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Pages that are associated with the keyword(s) that you chose should now appear as links within the list. See also Assigning Keywords to a Page in SmartEdit.
Removing items from an Internal Pages List
Just as there are different ways for adding pages to the Internal Pages List, there are also different ways for removing pages from the list.
Removing pages that were manually added
Use the procedure outlined in Disconnect a Webpage to see how to remove items from a list manually.
Removing pages added via keyword
Access the list's keywords, and click the red X button that appears next to whichever keyword(s) you want to disassociate with your list.
Re-ordering items in an Internal Pages List
Even though pages might be included into the list in both ways (manually and by keyword-associations), you have the ability to manually sort all of these pages, mixing them together if you wish.
While you have the block open, click the Add/Sort/Remove Items red dot.
In the new window, click the Edit Page Order link.
The following page gives you the ability to re-sort the pages.
If you do not want to sort manually, you can have the CMS sort the list for you, based on a parameter of your choosing.
