WiscWeb CMS - Content Blocks - Using a Site Map

The Site Map block hierarchically lists all of the site’s webpages, except Event/Article Pages and Faculty/Staff Pages due to technical limitations. The Site Map also pulls any Metadescription text from the black "Page Info" menu for each page listed.

The Site Map block, though it is a content block like any other, is not made readily available for use like the others. The reason for this is that only a single page on a website will have a site map, and it therefore would only clutter users' options to have it available wherever other blocks are to be chosen. Nonetheless, an example of the Site Map is shown below. Note the description given for the Home entry, which is derived from the metadescription text for that page.
