WISC - Purchased and Received the Wrong Adobe Student and Teacher Editions Product
If you've purchased and received the wrong Adobe product, here's what to do. (This refers to personal purchases from WISC or the DoIT Tech Store, not departmental purchases.)
1. I've entered my product code and received a serial number for installation at https://creative.adobe.com/educard or https://ide2.identit-e.com/adobe.
Unfortunately, once you have entered the product code and received a serial number, WISC is unable to accept a return. It is Adobe's policy for student software that no returns are allowed once the product code has been redeemed.
You should call Adobe Customer Service at 1-800-833-6687 to find out if they can do anything for you. Be sure to tell them you're from the University of Wisconsin and be prepared to give them the product code from the email we sent you.
2. I have not redeemed my product code.
Email WISC customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include your order number in your email. After we verify that your coupon code has not been used, we will give you instructions on how to get credit for your purchase.
