This document details who is eligible to access the My UW System portal.
All faculty, staff and student employees with active appointments should be able to access My UW System. You must have a VALID and ACTIVE username (e.g., NetID, ePanther, login name) with your local campus. These accounts are issued by your local campus and are typically used to access campus online resources. Your campus Employee ID (aka HR ID) must be accurate and available in the UW System Directory.
UW System faculty, staff and student employees that have terminated employment will lose access on their last day of employment.
