Information about Calabrio Call Recording for Finesse

Calabrio ONE is call recording software used in conjunction with Cisco's Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX/Finesse). This call recording service is an optional add-on for UCCX users. Each agent must have their own license for recording. Pricing will be available soon. This service is not available for non-UCCX users. DoIT does not offer call recording for non-UCCX users.

Please note that UW-Madison only has a license for compliance recording. Calabrio ONE software offers workforce optimization and quality management features that we are not licensed for due to cost (As of 2020, those prices were about $2,000/year/agent). DoIT has no plans to add these features. Within Calabrio, you may see references to unlicensed features like evaluations and monitoring.
