Accessibility and usability barriers

The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist.

No visible indication of keyboard focus impacts users with motor disabilities

When using the keyboard to tab through the Airtable, there is no focus indicator that highlights the area of focus. Instead, corresponding URLs show up in the lower left corner of the page. As a result, users with motor disabilities who navigate via keyboard or other assistive technology cannot know where they are and how to interact with the Airtable for the next step.

Screen reader accessibility barriers impacts users who are blind or have low vision

There are multiple screen reader barriers impacting users who are blind or have low vision, such as reading order barrier, checkbox/expand icon are mislabeled as image, which would mislead users on how to interact with checkbox/expand icons, some elements are unable to be accessed by screen reader and unexpected navigation via screen reader.

Magnification barriers may cause difficulties for user with low vision.

When magnified to 175%, the Airtable does not reflow and horizontal scrolling is required for browsing it.
