Accessibility and usability barriers

The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist.

Content opens in a new tab without warning

When selecting the information icons on the dashboards, support content opens in a new tab without visual or auditory warning to users.

Dashboards lack mechanisms to jump long blocks of information

There are often long lists of resources or other data in the dashboards. The dashboards lack mechanisms to quickly navigate through or past these sections, making it extremely cumbersome to navigate through content and essentially creating keyboard and screen reader traps.

Elements collide when dashboards are magnified

When magnified at and above 200%, some dashboard labels and elements begin to collide and horizontal scrolling is often necessary to reach all content.
