1. 1. If the Director is absent, the Associate Director will act on the Directors behalf. If the Associate Director is also absent, the Executive Director acts on the Director’s behalf. This staff person is referred to as the “designee” throughout the policy handbooks.
   2. If the Director, Associate Director nor Executive Director is not on site, then the most senior staff is in charge. For the seniority list, see the important phone numbers.
