Set up a ParkMobile account by app or phone

ParkMobile is a payment app used for Flex Surface permit parking in an assigned lot, after-hours Flex parking in alternate surface lots, and visitor parking in timed stalls on the UW-Madison campus.

Parkmobile app setup instructions

Download the ParkMobile app from your mobile phone app store.
Open the app and tap Continue to Park.
For a better experience with the app, allow ParkMobile to use your location.
Tap the Settings cogwheel icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Tap Sign up to create an account.

Either connect an existing Google or Apple account, or enter a valid email address and check "I agree to the ParkMobile Terms of Use and Privacy Policy." Follow the prompts to create an account.
The sign-in screen will ask you to sign in using the credentials you chose.
After signing in, you will be returned to Settings. Under "Profile," select Vehicles to add your vehicle information.
Select Add Vehicle. You will need your license plate number, country, state, and an optional vehicle nickname for easy identification.
Return to the profile screen and select Payment Methods. Follow the prompts to link a mobile-pay account or add credit card information.
