How to return or cancel a parking permit or bus pass
If a parking permit, pass, or other Transportation Services product is no longer needed before it expires, it must be returned to stop automatic payroll deductions. Many products purchased in full may be returned for a prorated refund (in most cases).
- Refer to the refund policy to make sure your permit or pass is eligible for a refund.
- Download and complete the cancellation form.
- Return the cancellation form with the permit hangtag, decal, or bike locker key to a Transportation Services customer service location.
